📦 Order Processing
All orders are prepared, activated, and packaged by hand.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as we are a small business and not a mass-production company.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
Orders marked as Delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Refunds are not offered once an order has been delivered, except under specific circumstances.
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Approved returns must include the full order, including any complimentary or gifted items, in original condition.
Refunds are issued only after the complete return is received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
